In the matter of Lozinsky arrested two more people

On criminal case against the former People's Deputy Victor LOZINSKY accused of murder of the inhabitant of the Kirovograd area of Valery Oliynyk, two more persons are detained and detained.

As reported the UNIAN in a press - service of the Prosecutor General's Office, among these two detainees - the former first deputy chief, the chief of criminal investigation department of Golovanivsky regional department of militia who on a call left to the place of V. Oliynyk's murder, and also the investigator of regional department who brought criminal case against the dead.

As noted in the State Office of Public Prosecutor, both were detained last Friday, October 16. On the same day the court it elected a measure of a measure of restraint - arrest.

As reported the UNIAN, on June 16, 2009 in the territory of hunting grounds in the Kirovograd area as a result of collision with the People's Deputy from BYuT V. Lozinsky, the regional prosecutor Evgeny GORBENKO and the chief of regional department of militia Mikhail KUZNECHNY the local of 1954 year of birth V. Oliynyk was lost.

On this fact the State Office of Public Prosecutor brought criminal case on ч.2 Art. 121 (the deliberate heavy injury made in the way which has especially painful character, or made by a group of persons, and also for the purpose of intimidation of the victim either other persons, or made to order, or entailed death of the victim).

On July 3 the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine deprived of V. Lozinsky of deputy powers - in response to the appeal of the State Office of Public Prosecutor concerning providing permission to attraction it to criminal liability.

On July 7 the Pechersky district court of Kiev provided permission to V. Lozinsky's detention and his delivery in court.

On July 6 the Pechersky regional court of Kiev elected M. KOVALSKOMU i E.GORBENKO a measure of restraint in the form of detention.

On July 30 V. Lozinsky was put on the international wanted list.
