The Minister of Internal Affairs of Ukraine Yury Lutsenko demands from the Zakarpatye militia to fight against a drug traffic and illegal migration more actively. He declared it in Uzhgorod on enlarged meeting of GUMVD board of Ukraine in the Zakarpatye Region, reports a press - service of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ukraine.
In particular, Yu.Lutsenko noted that the service of local police inspectors, in his opinion, works in respect of counteraction to narcocrimes insufficiently. According to him, district police officers have to cooperate closely with departments of fight against a drug trafficking, as the district police officer as nobody else, has to know everything that occurs in the territory fixed to it.
Speaking about service GAI work, the minister called insufficient work on identification and punishment of breakers of rules of traffic. In particular, courts deprive of drunk drivers of the rights, and the militia not withdraws documents from all these persons on the right of driving after a judgment. "Such withdrawal has to be absolute", - the minister noted.
Yu.Lutsenko characterized work of the Zakarpatye militia and its head - the chief of GUMVD of Ukraine in the Zakarpatye Region the general - the militia major Pavel Kononenko as deserving an assessment "four with plus" on a five-ball scale.
