The Minister of Internal Affairs Yury Lutsenko assures that the militia will make the objective decision on criminal case in connection with road accident with participation of the People's Deputy of Ukraine Alexander Omelchenko.
"I am ready to be responsible for the lawful decision which unambiguously will be made by the staff of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, without any bias political or another", - Lutsenko on Friday in interview to journalists in Kiev told.
He emphasized that a number of actions is on this case carried out now, including examinations are appointed.
Thus the Interior Minister noted that according to practice, such examinations take place at least three months.
"That is on it affairs we can wait for serious news next year", - the minister added.
It also assured that it in no way won't influence a consequence and "is sure that in this case the law will be one for all".
As it was reported, road accident happened to Omelchenko's participation on November 25 in the evening - moving at the Mitsubishi — Padzhero car wheel it made arrival on 48 - the summer person. The victim died on the coming spot.
The Ministry of Internal Affairs brought criminal case upon this road accident. The Interior Minister Lutsenko confirmed information that Omelchenko during driving was in a sober state, its car moved with a speed about 70 km/h.
