The Verkhovna Rada stopped activities of temporary commission of inquiry for questions of clarification of circumstances of possible violation of the Constitution by officials of Security service of Ukraine during actions round National joint stock company "Neftegaz Ukraine" in March.
It was declared by the first deputy chairman of the parliament Alexander Lavrinovich.
Deputies didn't support the draft of the resolution No. 4587 concerning the report of the commission, - 187 deputies voted for it at minimum necessary 226.
The draft of the resolution assumed the direction of conclusions of commission of inquiry to the President Victor Yushchenko, the prime minister - to the minister Yulia Timoshenko, and also in the Prosecutor General's Office for their studying and the corresponding reaction.
Representing commission conclusions, its chairman, the deputy from "Our Ukraine — National Self-defense" Block fraction Roman Zvarych noted that the commission came to a conclusion about existence of the facts of violation of SBU of the legislation.
In particular, the deputy noted that the commission doubts available at SBU of operational information about possible danger to life of investigators that was called as the reason of involvement of fighters of special forces "Alpha" during investigative actions.
Also the commission considers illegal detention of the deputy chief of department of Power regional customs of the Public customs service Taras Shepitko.
On March 5 Rada created temporary commission of inquiry on questions of clarification of circumstances of possible violation by officials, heads of SBU of the Constitution and laws when performing official duties.
On March 4 the staff of SBU by means of special forces "Alpha" got into "Neftegaz" office for withdrawal of documents within investigation of criminal case about a taking officials of "Neftegaz" of 6,3 billion cubic meters of gas.
In the night of March 4 of SBU I detained Shepitko within brought by SBU on March 2 criminal case about waste by officials of "Neftegaz" of 6,3 billion cubic meters of transit gas for the sum more than 7,4 billion hryvnias.
Later the Shevchenkovsky district court of Kiev forbade SBU to carry out investigative actions on this business and on March 5 to Shepitko was released.
