The president of Chechnya Ramzan Kadyrov has to be responsible before the law for statements that Russia has to take the offensive to Ukraine and liquidate it as a problem.
It was declared by the deputy secretary of Council of national safety and defense of Ukraine, ex-the Minister of Foreign Affairs Vladimir Ogryzko.
"Statements of the president of Chechnya, as well as all others of the same character, fall under action of the criminal code of Ukraine", - he told, reports an election website of the president Victor Yushchenko.
Bit it is convinced that after such statements the Ukrainian law enforcement agencies should study carefully them and to bring criminal case, bringing it to court.
"Me surprises that, to the greatest regret, still there is no official reaction from representatives of the Russian Federation", - he was indignant.
Earlier the president of Chechnya Ramzan Kadyrov in interview "Daley Tele_raf" called Moscow "not панькаться" with such countries as Ukraine or Georgia, and "to take the offensive".
"Georgia, South Ossetia, Ukraine - all this will last and last. It is any secret illness of Russia. Why we have to suffer constantly if we can liquidate it once and for all? ", - he declared.
"We (Russia) the big state, at us everything are - army, equipment. We need to take the offensive", - Kadyrovemphasized
