The curious case occurred in the Nikolaev area. The prosecutor's office and the Ministry of Internal Affairs deal with the complaint of the motorist who has declared that two drunk car inspectors demanded from him a bribe.
"I was "cut" on the route by two GAI officers. Vyacheslav M. and Sergey D. checked documents and suggested "to disperse on - good". I didn't want to pay, I broke nothing. From binge I am coded, but me obliged to pass medical examination which showed that I am sober. Then in the protocol wrote that I exceeded speed and didn't stop on demand. I addressed in the Nikolaev prosecutor's office and sent complaints to GAI", - the driver Andrey Kudin told the Segodnya newspaper.
The Nikolaev inspectors, in turn, told to the journalist of the edition that they were sober and money didn't demand: "We recorded the device that the car exceeded speed, tried to stop it, but the driver ignored us. On service were sober. When stopped the car and started checking documents, passengers seized our form. Bribe we didn't demand - he offered us 100 hryvnias, but we refused".
The senior engineer of the organization of traffic in the Zhovtnevy company where GAI officers serve, Dmitry Basisty explained that the concept "disperse on-good" at them means to follow requirements of inspectors and, for example, to go for medical examination.
