According to the director of realtor firm "SVIOLA" Tatyana Andreychuk, prices for apartments in the city of Nikolaev since fall of last year fell only in a dollar equivalent by 60 - 70%, and in hryvnia the prices remained former. "The number of transactions of purchase and sale of apartments, in comparison with the pre-crisis period was reduced almost by 90%. In January of the current year there was a small lifting of number of sales, and now calm because people wait for further drop in prices, postponing real estate purchase until the best times, leasing apartments and making an exchange" - Tatyana Andreychuk tells.

In primary market the cost of square meter was counted in a hryvnia equivalent at a course favorable to owners. Today the square meter, for example, in the residential district of the Scaffold-2 costs about 7 thousand hryvnias.

"According to forecasts, residential real estate in Nikolaev will a little more fall in price and will stop. Bulk selling of apartments won't be as there is no mass migration as it was during crisis in 90-е" - Tatyana Andreychuk noted.
