"Be caught a small fish big and small" - veterinary inspectors already managed "to catch a small fish" in the Nikolaev supermarket

At the request of the head of the regional state administration Alexey Garkusha "the hot telephone line" continues to function. Having called according to number37-21-34, everyone can state the offers and the remarks concerning quality of service in supermarkets of the city and area. "The hot line" works daily from 8.00 till 17.00 except days off.

As reports a press - regional state administration service, daily on number 37-21-34 calls from citizens arrive.

In particular, in the regional state administration the inhabitant of Nikolaev V. Zhelekhovsky with the complaint to quality of the cooled fish (salmon) which it got in a supermarketaddressedState of emergency "TAVRIYa - In" (Oktyabrsky Ave., 234 B).

According to nikolayevets, production struck with an unpleasant smell, meat of fish easily separated from bones - that is, there were all signs of damage.

The head department of veterinary medicine in the Nikolaev area received a personal errand to check the facts stated in the address of V. Zhelekhovsky.

Inspectors carried out check of observance of the Law of Ukraine "About safety and quality of foodstuff" and veterinarno - sanitary requirements at preparation, storage and realization of production of an animal origin in the specified supermarket.

During check it was established that the salmon cooled (salmon), productions of Norway, arrived on the enterprise for the relevant veterinary documents from JSC International Group of Seafood (Kiev). Available there was the expert conclusion which has been given out by the test center state scientifically - research institute on laboratory diagnostics and veterinarno - sanitary examination (Kiev). According to the provided documents, at the time of realization production in the sanitary relation was good-quality. The term of its realization wasn't settled. Production was stored in the enterprise refrigerator at a temperature mode agrees with enterprise requirements - the producer.

However when checking there was an established fact of storage of a flounder fresh-frozen (26 kg) which arrived on the enterprise with marking violation.This production is withdrawn from circulation and handed over on the corresponding storage to the solution of a question concerning the subsequent treatment of her. The inspection statement following the results of which the deputy director is brought to administrative responsibility is made.
