As the director of the programtold the editionRuslan Kraplich,it will be camp of two types - at schools for the period of vacation in August and tent.
According to him, competition on the first type of camps is already announced - the grant on the organization of one camp makes 30-50 thousand UAH. On the camp organization the program gives a grant in 100 thousand UAH
"The purpose of the Anti-recessionary humanitarian program - to find such solutions which first of all will allow to soften crisis consequences for those people who suffered from it most of all. But thus there is a task to create such models which not simply will help people to survive, but also will work further", - Kraplich noted.
"For example, once at the Soviet power in each village the library and club for the purpose of ideological promotion of the population were open. Now many them them are closed, but many and remained. According to recent data, in each area is on the average 800 clubs and libraries, in some - 1,5 thousand", - it continued.
"The state doesn't may contain them today. But on their base it is possible to create new model - some kind of centers of public activity. Unless people now don't need to explain their rights, to tell about the same land code? Here we look for such ideas", - Kraplich told, answering a question, on what other "anti-recessionary" fund will go.
According to him, competition will announce at the end of September: "After we will define priorities. All August we will go about the country, to meet local public organizations, representatives of business, activists".
"Now the working group does measurements of depth of crisis in different regions. After all there are, for example, the cities which all life depends on the plant which was in their territory. And if it stops, the majority of inhabitants become the unemployed, stay at home without heat", - Kraplich noted.
