Since the beginning of year in the Nikolaev regional management for protection of the rights of consumers with complaints 447 people addressed. As shows the analysis of the received statements, nearly 55% of complaints concern quality of consumer goods. From them more than a half is breakages of mobile phones which are on a guarantee. On the second place by number of complaints in this group of goods there is a footwear, on the third household appliances, in particular refrigerators and TVs.
Nearly 45% of complaints are written on low-quality providing paid services. Certainly in this group on the first place of the complaint to services of the sphere of housing and communal services.
Only 27 people addressed in management with the complaint to quality of food products, and only two persons complained of low-quality food.
The head of department for protection of the rights of consumers Valery Dashevsky says that today management already considered 406 complaints, 325 from which are satisfied in favor of consumers. On controversial questions management already sent to court of 19 statements of claim, 10 from which quality of consumer goods, 9 - qualities of providing paid services concern.
According to complaints of citizens for the first half of the year management checked 76 enterprises. As a result of checks of 55 people were brought to administrative responsibility for the sum of 6,5 thousand UAH, on 38 enterprises economic penalties are imposed on a bag of 15,7 thousand UAH
By results of complaints which arrived in management for the first half of the year of this year, to consumers returned for low-quality goods and the provided services of 163,6 thousand UAH
