In Nikolaev there will be three more new bridges through the river the Southern Bug. It became known of it during meeting of the Advisory board of parties and public organizations which took place on March 4 and on which, once again, the General plan of building of Nikolaev was discussed.
We will remind that else on January 21 in the House of creativity of pupils passed the public hearings devoted to discussion of the Master plan of the city though he was ready at the beginning of 2008.
During meeting the chief architect of Nikolaev Alexander Bondar shortly sounded basic provisions of the General plan which were already presented earlier at public hearings. However, there were also some "surprises".
So, it became clear that through the river the Southern Bug is planned to build not one new bridge, and whole three. First of all it is planned to build the bridge for Matveevkaya, then - "Shirokobalsky", also in plans - construction of the large bridge crossing in the area Levanevtsev. However, it was noted that the third bridge can become "reserve", that is, city authorities still will think of its construction.
From "Crime. Is NOT PRESENT":>it is interesting when in Nikolaev there will be at least one of the mentioned bridges? Meanwhile everything is limited to only insignificant talks. And the governor of the Nikolaev area, and the mayor of Nikolaev constantly tell about need of construction of the bypass bridge through the river the Southern Bug. Already allegedly, and the investor found, but everything is stopped in the capital. In particular, the Nikolaev mayor constantly complains: "We struggle 8 years with the bypass bridge. Here this year Japanese were already ready to give money - and again a hitch in the ministries". Whether so there is a real prospect of construction of these bridge crossings, or it is all this again insignificant talks?
We will remind that V. Chaika even delivered the ultimatum to the central authorities and declared that he intends to achieve restriction of movement of heavy-load transport on two Nikolaev bridges which now are in critical condition.
