The newly elected president of Ukraine together with parliament has to begin cardinal change of the Ukrainian legislation.
It was declared by the deputy, the leader of "The front of changes" Arseniy Yatsenyuk during presentation of the Hmelnitsky regional organization which took place in the form of a teleconference "Kiev - Khmelnytsky", reports UNIAN with reference to a press - service "Front of changes".
"We have thousands laws and tens of thousands standardly - legal acts which contradict each other which are especially political and don't bear any substantial loading", - Yatsenyuk told.
According to him, even experts can't understand "such number of laws, and it brings to one - to lawlessness and anarchy".
The ex-the speaker considers that legislative reform can't be carried out "without the general legal reform in Ukraine".
"It should be done, since system of election of judges and finishing mechanisms of control of pronouncement of judgments and judicial responsibility for decisions which they made", - Yatsenyuk noted.
