The Norwegian company can't sell shipyard in Nikolaev

The Norwegian company Aker Yards owning one of the Nikolaev ship-building shipyards, met certain difficulties with its sale.

The transaction on sale of the shipyard located in the territory of the former shipbuilding plant "Okean", the Russian investment Ford of FLC, can't be closed from - for lack of coordination of the transaction with Antimonopoly committee of Ukraine. The senior vice-the president of the Norwegian company Torbyorn Andersen claims that all necessary documents were filed to AMKU at the beginning of May, and till June 3 the company had to get permission of committee. Meanwhile, according to information a press - services AMKU, the decision isn't made for the reason that the committee had additional questions which were sent to Aker Yards. As soon as in AMKU will receive answers to these questions, there will be also an opportunity to make the decision.
As writes "Status", on one of the versions, the similar delay isn't characteristic for transactions of such character, and can be favorable to the Ukrainian shipbuilding companies interested in purchase of this shipyard.
