The head of the secretariat of the president Victor Baloga asks the head of the Kiev city state administration Leonid Chernovetsky to take measures for elimination of violations from the municipal enterprises in a service question.
About it it is spoken in the letter of Balogi to Chernovetsky, reports press - service of the president.
"Recently managing subjects appeal to the head of state to take measures for the purpose of protection of their legitimate interests because some municipal enterprises of Kiev oblige to pay tariffs for the provided utilities, in particular on the centralized water supply and a drainage system, in the increased sizes calculated on the basis of orders of the head of the Kiev city public administration which are cancelled by decrees of the president", - is told in the letter.
According to managing subjects, refusal to pay on the raised tariffs leads to groundless shutdown them from access to the services, provided by the municipal enterprises of Kiev, notes Baloga.
The head of the secretariat of the president is convinced that "such actions of the municipal enterprises of Kiev are illegal and can result in need of compensation for a judicial order of the moral and material damage caused to managing subjects".
"As a result, city budget of Kiev will have substantial damages that can lead to row non-performance socially - the economic programs aimed at providing the rights and freedoms of persons, living in the capital of Ukraine", - notes Baloga.
Besides, he, "emphasizes impudent neglect with the right and ignoring by the municipal enterprises of calls which managing subjects in connection with financially - an economic crisis faced, doesn't add authority of the government of Kiev".
"Considering noted, we ask you to take in the shortest time all necessary measures for elimination of the specified violations and their prevention further and to make perpetrators responsible", - it is told in the letter.
"We ask to inform on results of consideration for the report to the head of state", - adds Baloga in the letter to Chernovetsky.
