In Ukraine there are no methodology of definition of banks which demand recapitalization. It at a briefing was declared by the first deputy head of the Secretariat of president Alexander Shlapak, the correspondent of RBC - Ukraine reports. According to him, it is necessary that the National bank and the government acquired real steps by definition of the principles of recapitalization, and on this basis banks which will be recapitalized have to be defined.
A.Shlapak noted that within the current week it is necessary to finish preparation of regulatory base on recapitalization from next week to begin real procedure of recapitalization of commercial banks.
At the same time A.Shlapak added that responsibility for recapitalization of banks is born by the government as in this case the means provided by the state budget on this procedure are spent, and on each separate bank and on each sum of recapitalization the decision will be made by the Cabinet.
