The member of an investigation team of the State Office of Public Prosecutor in case of Victor Yushchenko's poisoning Alexey Donskoy beat out indications on the management of the State Office of Public Prosecutor.

It was declared by the member of temporary commission of inquiry of BP on a legal investigation of poisoning Yushchenko Nestor Shufrich, making comments the words on Tuesday.

"Speaking yesterday from a tribune of the Verkhovna Rada about "knocking-out" of indications by Donskoy, I spoke about the management of the State Office of Public Prosecutor, instead of about Medvedchuk", - Shufrich declared.

"And now I can specify that meant the most general prosecutor and one of his deputies", - the deputy specified.

According to Shufrich, such materials are already transferred to him "and will be a subject of careful studying, as well as circumstance of restoration at work of the investigator Donskoy after his dismissal for numerous violations and an unsatisfactory mental state of health".

"It is now very surprising that such business entrusted the investigator who as I was told, for all the investigative activity brought only one matter to court and that was sent to a dorassledovaniye", - the deputy noted.

"Though if information on a mental state is confirmed, everything becomes clear. Only the loony can charge such affairs", - Shufrich declared.

It is known that Donskoy, making comments on Shufrich's words about that the investigator "demanded and I beat out indications on the management", I told:

"It probably should be understood as continuation earlier directed by Shufrich in the State Office of Public Prosecutor of the complaint in which he accused me of the requirement "providing obviously doubtful indications in the form of the message to the investigator of compromising materials on the former head of Presidential Administration Victor Medvedchuk".
