to presidential election.
It was declared at a briefing on Wednesday by deputy heads of the secretariat of presidents Igor Popov and Marina Stavniychuk.
According to Popov, "there is a real chance to approve the Constitution to elections".
It considers it expedient to change the Constitution, and then to hold elections in authorities of different levels.
At the same time Marina Stavniychuk predicted that implementation of new edition of the Constitution is possible in the fall of 2009.
"Even if to consider as much as possible all procedures necessary for acceptance of changes in the Constitution - consideration of BP, the Constitutional Court, holding a referendum - that undoubtedly maximum term it is fall", - she told.
Also Stavniychuk reported that the secretariat of the president intends to submit the draft constitution of the Venetian commission.
"I hope that we will receive understanding of the Venetian commission. It is clear that are probable and there will be remarks, but as on me, there will be no serious cautions concerning contents of the Constitution", - she told.
Stavniychuk also I suggested that the operating parliament won't support change in the constitution as essential reduction of deputy structure is offered, and is planned that the parliament will start working at other qualitative basis.
"It is clear that it isn't pleasant to deputies who work in operating structure and it is clear that from their party there will be essential resistance. But I hope that the first reaction is emotional", - she told and stated expectation that over time deputies will more deeply analyse changes in the constitution.
