According to the deputy, Yushchenko can take such step "under the influence of Victor Balogi (the head of the secretariat of the president), for which passing to the Verkhovna Rada the truths and not the truths, most likely, the second, this preservation of".
Zarubinsky noted that Baloga and his team want "obligatory to pass in the Verkhovna Rada before change of the president".
According to him, it is necessary to receive "parliamentary immunity", otherwise "obviously, there can be serious problems".
