The president of Ukraine Victor YUSHCHENKO is convinced that the decision of the Verkhovna Rada on purpose of presidential election for October 25 will be cancelled.

He told about it today to journalists during JSC Kvazar visit in Kiev.

"The decision Supreme For the sake of with the law has nothing in common, and I have no doubts that this decision will be cancelled", - V. Yushchenko told.

Answering a question of journalists, he noted that the relevant decision of parliament is going to appeal already today. According to the President if the relevant documents are already prepared, he will direct today representation to the Constitutional Court.

At the same time, V. Yushchenko again noted that in spite of the fact that the parliament decision, in his opinion, doesn't answer the law, he is ready to agree on simultaneous early parliamentary and presidential election on condition of their carrying out on the basis of new electoral laws, in particular, on the basis of open electoral lists.

V. Yushchenko noted that, in turn, lawyers have to tell how to hold simultaneous parliamentary and presidential elections so that they were within the right.
