The arrangement between the European Union and Ukraine about modernization of the Ukrainian gas transmission system contradicts all previous agreements between Moscow and Brussels.
About it the Foreign Minister of the Russian Federation Sergey Lavrov declared, reports "Interfax - Ukraine".
"It absolutely contradicts all those decisions on how to run with each other business", - he told.
According to the Russian minister, it not the only problem of the relations between Moscow and Brussels.
"We have problems of relative how the partnership with the European Union" develops, - Lavrov emphasized.
Speaking about prospects of the conclusion of the new basic contract between Russia and EU, the Foreign Minister of the Russian Federation stated hope that in it concrete regulations on protection of interests of both parties will be put.
"I all - count that the compromise which will allow to develop practical mechanisms of realization of interests and Russia, and the European Union" will be found, - he noted.
At the same time Lavrov recognized that negotiations go not easy.
"Negotiations difficult: the issues directly infringing on radical interests of the parties" are resolved, - the diplomat noted.
Lavrov, in particular, reminded that the European Union insists on that the greatest possible number of economic situations was brought in the new contract, including power.
"There is a desire as much as possible to bring everything to the big contract, but at the same time foreign policy making our partners want to reduce as much as possible", - he declared.
