The prime minister Yulia Timoshenko declares that solution of KS on the coalition

doesn't give to the president the grounds for the early termination of powers of the Verkhovna Rada.

"No legal grounds for parliament dissolution exist today, and I am convinced that it won't be", - declared to Tymoshenko at a briefing on Thursday, making comments position of the secretariat of the president concerning the relevant decision KC.

"Today it is necessary to overcome crisis, instead of to create new and new хаосы in the country", - she added.

According to Tymoshenko, the solution of KS "accurately testifies" that when forming in parliament of the new coalition, it has the right to bring the new candidate of the prime minister, but it isn't obliged to do it.

"If there is a need, the new coalition brings the candidate of the new prime minister. If such need and need isn't present, it works with that government which is", - she told.

Tymoshenko advised all politicians "to calm down and not to destroy the own country".

It also disproved opinion that it I cancelled the visit to Poland from - for announcements of KS of the decision on the coalition.

"The solution of KS was made a few days ago - today it only appears. Therefore presence of any politicians to declare the solution of KS, isn't necessary", - the prime minister told.
