The national bank intends to recommend to the President Victor Yushchenko to veto adopted by the Verkhovna Rada on May 21 the law (registration number of the bill 3459-1) by which the moratorium on alienation at natural persons of the residential real estate which is pledge on the credits is entered.
About it journalists were reported by the first deputy head of NBU Anatoly Shapovalov.
According to him, this law is directed against interests of the banks which have granted mortgage loans.
"Around the world it is accepted to work differently. To protect the creditor, to protect the one who gives money", - Shapovalov told.
He called the decision of deputies concerning adoption of this act, hasty.
On May 21 the parliament 237 voices adopted as a whole the bill 3459-1 with which entered the moratorium on alienation at natural persons of the residential real estate which is pledge on the credits.
After that the "Ukrainian Creditno — the Bank Union" association urged the President to veto this law.
