Tymoshenko hopes that Yushchenko will support her in heavy time

The prime minister - the minister Yulia Timoshenko hopes that the president Victor Yushchenko will sign the changes accepted on June 23 by the Verkhovna Rada in the Budgetary code.

She declared it on Wednesday at cabinet council of Ministers, reports UNIAN.

"I would like to believe that positive changes in the budgetary legislation … won't be blocked, sabotaged only on the political basis not to support the government in this heavy time of crisis. I believe that it will be signed, and that the Budgetary code becomes reality", - told Tymoshenko.

Thus she emphasized that the introduction in action of the Budgetary code in the new edition will be resulted by decentralization of distribution of the budgetary resources on places.

On June 23 the Verkhovna Rada adopted the Law "About Modification of the Budgetary Code of Ukraine" (new edition).

voted pro 232 People's Deputies from 436, registered in a hall. The fraction of Party of Regions didn't vote in full strength.

Almost in full strength BYuT fractions voted for this law, Blok of Litvin and KPU, and from WELL fraction - NANOSECONDS supported him 33 People's Deputies.

This law provided formular calculation of transfers of direct relationship between the state budget and directly budgets of villages, settlements and the cities of regional value.

As the chairman of the Verkhovna Rada Vladimir Litvin noted, this law provides existence of 12 thousand budgets instead of 700, existing today.
In a sessional hall discussion about proceeded, whether to adopt this law.

During the report the deputy minister of finance Anatoly Myarkovsky noted that now "we will build the relations directly, that is directly from the state budget transfer of the interbudgetary transfers according to the decision of the Verkhovna Rada" to concrete villages, settlements and the cities will be carried out.
