The deputy of the Verkhovna Rada, the first deputy chairman of fraction of Party of Regions Alexander Efremov allows failure of plenary session of parliament on Tuesday, July 7.
He told about it to journalists.
According to the deputy, PR demands that increase of level of a living wage and minimum wage became the first question which will be considered by Rada on July 7.
"If it isn't, tomorrow's meeting won't take place", - Efremov told.
The parliamentarian emphasized that his fraction already presented those sources at the expense of which it is possible to provide implementation of this law.
As it was reported, PR supports financing of increase of level of a living wage and a minimum wage at the expense of the means provided in the state budget on recapitalization of not system banks.
Besides, the party considers that it is possible to direct on financing of social benefits of 3 billion hryvnias from an overfulfillment of receipts in the state budget, 4,8 billion hryvnias from the remains of means of stabilization fund which were released at the expense of the decision on financing of preparation for carrying out to the European Football Championship in 2012 at the expense of bonds of a domestic loan.
One more possible source of PR calls 11,5 billion hryvnias from the International Monetary Fund credit which were transferred into the settlement account of Cabinet of Ministers.
