The committee on foreign questions of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine at present has no opportunities to promote successful permission of the diplomatic conflict between Ukraine and Russia.
It in the comment to "Regional committee" was declared by the member of the committee, the head of subcommittee of cooperation with CIS countries Alexey Logvinenko (BYuT fraction).
"Unfortunately, the conflicts such practically are always regulated by the mutual relations of two Ministries of Foreign Affairs. And if between our and Russian Ministry of Foreign Affairs there was a normal working contact, then, I think, this conflict behind closed doors, at least, would be softened", - the People's Deputy told.
"Now the conflict passed into a framework of the mirror, front answer. I in any way don't make comments, claims to the Russian diplomats are how proved. Though I anywhere didn't see any hint on the comment from our intelligence services. Anyway, at normal dialogue (if we speak about good-neighbourhood), consultations between responsible the staff of the Ministries of Foreign Affairs, supported by the relevant evidential documents would have to take place at first. It wasn't", - told g - Logvinenko's N.
The People's Deputy also commented on the statement of the Russian side for the made decision "ahead of schedule to finish mission of the consul general of Ukraine in Sankt - Petersburg".
"I personally know our consul in Sankt - Petersburg, this is my colleague on the fifth convocation of the Verkhovna Rada. And I more, than am sure that Natalya Prokopovich hardly was engaged in any unseemly acts as the consul", - he declared.
Alexey Logvinenko also considers inefficient opportunity the sovemstnykh of consultations of deputies of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine and the State Duma of Russia for the purpose of contribution to a resolution of conflict.
"You understand that there is no further mechanism of realization. What to do is farther - to invite employees of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and them to bring up? We have no powers to give them any direct administrative instructions", - he told.
