New incident between the deputy and the journalist: throwing of a microphone

In parliament there was an incident between the deputy from Communist Party Alexander Tkachenko and a film crew of STB.

According to the correspondent of "The Ukrainian truth", the journalist of the channel Olga Chervakova tried to write down interview to the deputy who the day before spoke in favor of reduction of number of journalists in the Verkhovna Rada.

The deputy explained the position to that "is a lot of them in buffet".

When Chervakova tried to find out details from Tkachenko, he stated desire that "journalists shined activity not only buffet of the Verkhovna Rada, and at least in particular that occurs in the village and in general in society".

When the journalist started asking specifying question, Tkachenko started running away from the camera, having struck with a hand on a microphone.

When Chervakova caught up with the politician, he pulled out at her from hands a microphone and dumped it from a ladder. The microphone broke.

The film crew of STB caused the militia which representatives have to make the protocol on an offense of the deputy in the Verkhovna Rada.

At the same time the head of BP committee concerning a freedom of speech Anna Hermann declared that at the next meeting the committee will consider this incident.

"I will give today a task that this question prepared for tomorrow on committee meeting. We will give a sharp and fair assessment to such actions and we will make the relevant decision", - the deputy declared.

"We will protect journalists and we will support their right for realization of the professional tasks in all bodies including in law-enforcement", - she added.

It is known that in the summer of 2006 there was an incident between the deputy - the regional Oleg Kalashnikov and a film crew of STB.
