Azerbaijan will put soon technological oil for the Odessa — Fords oil pipeline. About the corresponding arrangement reported on joint a press - conferences presidents of Ukraine and Azerbaijan and Victor Yushchenko and Ilham Aliyev.
In particular, Victor Yushchenko noted that today at political level there are no disagreements of rather future project of pumping of the Caspian oil in the Odessa — Fords oil pipeline, reports the UNIAN.
Rather technical component, Victor Yushchenko told that the international joint venture "Sarmatiya" which very dynamically works over development of this project is created today. Victor Yushchenko emphasized that the issue of allocation of technological oil for trial pumping on the oil pipeline was resolved today.
"I am convinced that in this project both parties including joint venture, move in the direction of implementation of agreements which were reached at the previous meetings. The project moves ahead normally", - Victor Yushchenko told.
In turn the president of Azerbaijan noted big progress in implementation of the above project. He emphasized that already a lot of things are made, in particular, there is a work on training of the technician - an economic justification of the project, and he hopes that adoption of the feasibility report will allow to begin implementation of the project. Thus presidents predict that it can already occur at the October power summit in Baku.
"As for supply of the first, trial oil, it can be realized soon", - Aliyev told, having noted that for this purpose it is necessary to resolve technical issues - ways of delivery of the Caspian oil to the Black Sea ports.
"Capacity of Azerbaijan allows it to transport oil in various directions. I think that soon we will begin trial pumping (on the Odessa — Fords oil pipeline) to test this project in practice. The feasibility report will allow us to have a full picture about commercial appeal, but I am sure that technical tests also will give fuller picture, and we are ready to it", - Aliyev told.
