The speaker of the Verkhovna Rada Vladimir Litvin in interview to the Fakty newspaper declared that Ukraine has to do everything possible that the Russian Black Sea fleet remained in Sevastopol and after 2017.
Thus Litvin emphasized that rent of bases has to be carried out "on mutually advantageous conditions", and the BSF of the Russian Federation has to become "one of guarantees of our safety".
The speaker also noted that the foreign policy on the entry of Ukraine into EU and NATO proved the inaccuracy.
"Ukraine after accession to WTO turned into a sales market of low-grade foreign products. The remains of national animal husbandry are now destroyed. The Ukrainian party signed the contract, and the country turned into a settler for illegal immigrants. The Ukrainian authorities gave to the member of EU - Romania - part of our territory", - Litvin reminded.
In his opinion, restoration of the normal relations with Russia would do good to the Ukrainian economy. As an example the speaker gave "military industrial complex - the engine of cooperation in all economy".
Litvin expressed belief that cooperation with the Russian Federation in space branch, aircraft construction, tank construction could start process of fast lifting of the Ukrainian industry and economy as a whole.
The official position of Kiev of rather Russian fleet, accession to WTO and the euroatlantic integration differs from that which was sounded by Litvin.
According to the president Victor Yushchenko, the Russian fleet surely has to leave the Crimea in 2017, joining of Ukraine to the WTO is an essential achievement, a course on integration of the country into NATO and EU isn't subject to revision.
