The head of SBU Valentyn Nalyvaichenko considers that emergence in department of such people as Andrey Kislinsky, is the price of demilitarization of service.
He declared it on air of Radio "Svoboda", making comments on that for work the person was taken in SBU without appropriate education and the diploma - Kislinsky.
"How such it is possible? It is the price of demilitarization of service if you want the frank answer from me", - Nalivaychenko told.
"We now involve civil servants very widely. And members of board, the management for 50% now civil servants, with Nalivaychenko beginning", - he explained.
The head of SBU confirmed that he "really suggested to be translated to the person Andrey Kislinsky from the secretariat of the president when it there worked".
"And it by remaintaining was appointed at us. As also I submitted the draft of the decree of the president (about Kislinsky's dismissal), as soon as was confirmed by the Minister of Education of Ukraine Vakarchuk (that Kislinsky's diploma not real)", - was told by him.
"Mister Ivan confirmed it. For me this extremely honest and dear person. And after that urgently there was a made offer to the president about dismissal (Kislinsky from a position of the deputy head of SBU). That the president, by the way, also made, without doubting seconds. Therefore we carry out the decree of the president", - Nalivaychenko told.
