The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine didn't overcome the veto of the President of Ukraine on the Law of Ukraine "About modification of the Budgetary code of Ukraine".
As the correspondent of the UNIAN reports, for this decision voted 199 (at necessary, at least, 300 voices - the UNIAN) from 438 People's Deputies registered in a sessional hall.
At the same time, the parliament didn't support the offer of BP Committee on the budget on that to finish this vetoed law at the following session.
For this decision voted 205 (at necessary 226 - the UNIAN) from 438 People's Deputies registered in a sessional hall.
As the first deputy chairman of the Verkhovna Rada Alexander LAVRINOVICH noted presiding over parliament meeting, in this regard this law is considered rejected.
As reported the UNIAN, in June, 2009 this law arrived for the signature of the President, but Victor YUSHCHENKO vetoed it, motivating it with that the unormirovaniye of the budgetary process and the interbudgetary relations offered by new edition of the Budgetary code doesn't meet standards of the Constitution of Ukraine, doesn't consider the constitutional model of construction and implementation of the public power in the state, and also isn't coordinated with other laws which are basic in settlement of these relations.
