The government of Ukraine won't allow bread price increase for the population, in particular, for inhabitants of Kiev. It was declared today by the prime minister - the minister Yulia Timoshenko during a business trip in the Nikolaev area, making comments on recent statements of representatives of the Kiev city hall for intentions to raise price of bread in Kiev. "The mayor of Kiev Leonid Chernovetsky knows that to it it just like that won't escape punishment and therefore, probably, now the city hall cancelled rise in prices", - emphasized with Yu. Tymoshenko, reports a press - service of Cabinet of Ministers. She is also convinced that L.Chernovetsky deliberately during election campaign in Kiev underestimated bread price, and now when elections came to the end, "tries to rip off inhabitants of Kiev three skin". Yu. Tymoshenko also reported that "all Kiev hlebopekarsky enterprises are privatized in shadow sector by the people approached to the mayor of the capital".
