The candidate for president, the prime minister - the minister Yulia Timoshenko asks the Kiev appellate administrative court to cancel separate provisions of the resolution of Central Election Commission 475 of December 12 "About an explanation concerning drawing up and specification of electoral registers for preparation and carrying out vote at an election of the president of Ukraine on January 17, 2010".
The press is told about it - services of the deputy of Rada, the member of fraction of Yulia Tymoshenko Bloc, the representative Tymoshenko in vessels Valery Pisarenko in the message.
According to him, separate provisions of the resolution contradict the law on presidential elections and promote falsifications on elections.
"Separate provisions of the resolution contradict the Law on presidential elections and allow to appear in electoral registers to people even on the basis of hospital references, without presence of the person", - he emphasized.
Pisarenko considers that acceptance by the Central Election Commission of such resolution testifies to the coordinated activity of Party of Regions and team of the candidate for president, the incumbent president Victor Yushchenko for falsification of results of elections.
On December 12 the Central Election Commission adopted the relevant resolution 475 in which it is provided that changes on the polling station are made to the specified electoral registers, in particular, on the basis of the solution of the precinct election commission.
Such decision, according to the resolution, is accepted on the basis of the passport of the citizen or other identification paper provided by the law and confirming his nationality in which there is a mark about registration of the place of residence in borders of this polling station.
As it was reported, on December 8 deputies of Rada from BYuT fraction Sergey Podgorny and Sergey Mishchenko, from fraction of the Block of Litvin Victor Sinchenko, from "Our Ukraine — National Self-defense" Block fraction Roman Zvarych, and also Taras Chornovil (extra fractional) suggested parliament to oblige precinct election commissions to make changes to the specified electoral registers only by a court decision.
