According to the order of the chairman of the Nikolaev regional public administration Alexey Garkusha management of forest and hunting economy transferred to long-term using (for 49 years) nearly 9 hectares of beaches of the resort zone "Koblevo" to AAS firm (Odessa) and more than 7 hectares of beaches of a recreation area of "Rybakovk" - RICH AAS firm (Odessa).
About it our edition was reported by the head of department of forest and hunting economy of the Nikolaev regional state administration Pyotr Palamaryuk.
According to him, there was a competition on transfer to long-term using of the coast of resort zones of the Nikolaev area in which two firms "AAS" and "RICH AAS" took part.
Management of forestry is the land user of the coastline and can't lease these sites therefore the coast is transferred to long-term using.
Firms to which beaches are transferred, in a year for using of the land plots pay for 15 thousand hryvnias a year, it turns out 1 hectares of a beach costs less than 2 thousand hryvnias the year, about 150 hryvnias a month!
Firms are obliged to clean the coast, to contain it in proper condition, can create paid VIP-zones.
"Already even heads of bases started supporting that is a positive", - the governor of the Nikolaev area Alexey Garkusha commented on a situation.
According to him, the regional administration insists on that the enterprise provided an appropriate sanitary condition of beaches, there were public vacation spots on a beach and specially equipped (with chaise lounges, umbrellas, etc.).
It is interesting that now, according to Garkusha, the regional state administration checks coast transfer to private firms, and about results promises to report in 3-4 days.
