The Minister of Internal Affairs Yury Lutsenko considers that rejection of changes in the state budget for 2008 will negatively be reflected in a militia hardware.
He told about it to journalists.
"Unfortunately the budget was filled up therefore we will exist on those figures which we have. Unfortunately in this regard, rates of modernization of militia and the State automobile inspection in particular, will be slowed down", - Lutsenko told.
The minister on Saturday handed over to the staff of GAI keys from 10 patrol cars equipped with video cameras and GPS-with navigators who will allow to stop violations on roads, in particular, as for suppression of the facts of bribery by the staff of GAI.
As reported, the Cabinet considers possibility of distribution of the additional income without acceptance of changes in the state budget for 2008.
On July 11 Rada refused to support changes in the state budget-2008 and sent bills of Cabinet of Ministers (No. 2713) and the President (No. 2713-1) for completion in the budgetary committee.
