In BYuT advise ministers from NUNS to resign

Practically right after the announcement the speaker Arseniy Yatsenyuk representatives of NUNS fraction declared the termination of activity of the democratic coalition that intend to achieve resignation of the head of the government Yulia Timoshenko.

"We will wait that the prime minister - the minister executed concrete standard of the coalition agreement according to which after disintegration of the coalition resign the prime minister - the minister and the chairman of the Verkhovna Rada", - the deputy head of NUNS fraction Roman Zvarych told. According to him, in case Tymoshenko doesn't resign, "the probability" that the ministers appointed on a quota of NUNS will resign will increase.

"And here in general coalition agreement? It after all not law! And in the legislation anything similar that the prime minister is obliged to resign after coalition disintegration, isn't present", - the Businessman - Ukraine" the First Deputy Minister of Justice Evgeny Korniychuk told ".

In his opinion, it would be logical that the ministers appointed on a quota of NUNS resigned. "To them nobody can forbid to retire at own will. They though aren't obliged, but are able to do it. Though why - that don't hurry", - the First Deputy Minister of Justice noted.

According to him, representation on their dismissal can give and the prime minister - the minister. "The prime minister has such power - she can not specify at all, for what reasons", - Korniychuk emphasized.

We will remind, under supervision of Yulia Timoshenko in the government work 11 ministers appointed on a quota of NUNS. In the majority it is representatives of the humanitarian block of the government.
