The member of BYuT fraction Andrey Portnov declares that the president Victor Yushchenko repeatedly vetoed the laws adopted by the Verkhovna Rada on September 2-5. In the comment the deputy told the Ukrainian truth that before he on Thursday left parliament, in the office of the Verkhovna Rada the relevant laws with the repeated veto of the President arrived.
Portnov emphasized that the repeated veto isn't provided by the Constitution therefore such actions of the head of state are unconstitutional. In particular, according to the deputy, with the repeated veto three laws returned to the Verkhovna Rada: about temporary commissions of inquiry, about the disciplinary charter of Public service of specialcommunication and information security of Ukraine and about the organization and an order of activity of the Verkhovna Rada.
According to Portnov, Yushchenko vetoed "for the formal reasons - some laws after overcoming of the veto had other registration number, than at the time of acceptance". Portnov told that on Friday of BYuT will demand that these laws were signed by the speaker of parliament.
