The Nikolaev governor Alexey Garkusha declared that the oblgosadminitsration intends to reject a prosecutor's office protest on the decision on transfer of the coast of Koblevo - the Rybakovsky zone to private firms.
Garkusha declared it on September 19 at session of the Nikolaev regional council.
"The protest will be rejected. We refer only to the law", - Garkusha declared.
According to him, the regional state administration didn't lease the coast therefore the law isn't broken.
We will remind that the prosecutor's office of the Nikolaev area protested on September 5 decisions of the chairman of the Nikolaev regional public administration Alexey Garkusha on transfer of 16 hectares of the coast of Koblevo - the Rybakovsky zone to private firms and demands these orders to cancel.
"The prosecutor's office of the Nikolaev area organized and carried out an inspection of legality of orders of the head of the Nikolaev regional public administration No. 157-р and No. 158-р of April 21, 2008 of river about transfer to long-term rent to AAS and Rich AAS private enterprises which are registered in Odessa region, the above beach zones. During check it was established that the specified orders are accepted with violation of requirements of the legislation of Ukraine", - is spoken in the message.
According to the order of the chairman of the Nikolaev regional public administration Alexey Garkusha management of forest and hunting economy transferred to long-term using (for 49 years) nearly 9 hectares of beaches of the resort zone "Koblevo" to AAS firm (Odessa) and more than 7 hectares of beaches of a recreation area of "Rybakovk" - RICH AAS firm (Odessa).
