The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine approved the list of monuments of a cultural heritage which privatizations aren't subject. 359 People's Deputies of Ukraine as a whole voted for the Law "About the List of Monuments of a Cultural Heritage, not Privatizeable".
This Law of Ukraine fixes the list from 2 thousand 464 monuments of a cultural heritage which monuments of history, architecture, the monumental art, the kept authentic certificates on outstanding historical events, life and activity of known people, about outstanding places which are of scientific, historical and art value enter.
So, for example, the list included the building of theater of Monte (1881) in Nikolaev - nowadays the Russian art drama theater, the building of district court (1907) and the building of Bayan movie theater (1911) in Simferopol, a hansky mosque in Bakhchisarai (1740-1743) and Ekaterina's mile (1787), a complex of constructions of the Jesuit monastery (the XVII-XVIII century) in Vinnytsia, the Greek church (1812) in Kirovograd, a church and St Mary's school of Magdalena in Lviv, Senyavsky' arsenal (1639, 1840) in Lviv, Adonis, Amfitrita, Diana and Neptune fountains (1793) in Lviv, the Dyukovsky garden (the head of the XIX Art., 30-ty years of the XX Art.) in Odessa, Stroganov Bridge (1863) in Odessa, a complex of a monastery of bernardinets (1630) Dubno and so forth
The law also provides that monuments of a cultural heritage can be privatized only on condition of the conclusion by future owner with appropriate authority of protection of a cultural heritage of the preliminary contract on the conclusion in the future of the contract on safety of a monument, having specified target use of a monument and works which future owner undertakes to carry out for the purpose of the content of object in proper condition.
