The Supreme Court of Ukraine restored Victor Medvedchuk the member of the Supreme council of justice.
About it to the Ukrainian truth reported the informed sources in judicial authority.
"The Supreme Court cancelled all decisions and definitions by which Medvedchuk's membership in the Supreme council of justice" was stopped, - the interlocutor of "The Ukrainian truth" told.
According to him, the chairman of the Supreme Court Vasily Onopenko already reported about Medvedchuk's recovery at meeting of section of the Supreme council of justice.
Medvedchuk in 2004 was repeatedly elected the member of the Supreme council of justice on a quota of legal higher education institutions, however I didn't come to adoption of the oath to parliament.
After Medvedchuk's refusal of the oath the Supreme council of justice stopped its powers, and to the place of ex-the leader of SDPU(O) congress of representatives of legal higher education institutions nominated Andrey Boyko - the dean of faculty of law of the Lvov university.
However in 2007 the Supreme council of justice restored Medvedchuk's powers. Then already Quickly undertook to appeal against this decision.
At first the Lichakovsky regional court of Lviv in the claim Quickly stopped Medvedchuk's membership in the Supreme council of justice, then the appellate administrative court of the Lvov area confirmed legality of this decision. The highest админсуд upheld the previous verdicts.
And, eventually, now the Supreme Court cancelled all previous decisions which deprived of Medvedchuk of membership in the Supreme council of justice, and closed proceeding.
