According to the current legislation of Ukraine, the decision of city council of November 11, 2008 No. 30/2 in Nikolaev the working group on questions of priority actions on prevention of negative consequences of an economic crisis in Nikolaev is created. The mayor Vladimir Chaika heads it personally. About it reports a press - service of the Nikolaev Executive Committee of the City Soviet of People's Deputies.
A part of group also were: deputies of the mayor Yu.I. Granaturov, V. I. Bondarenko, V. K. Novozhilov, A.Zh. Zhenzherukh, T.A. Yablonovskaya, deputies of city council, head of the constant deputy commissions, heads of administrations of areas, heads of divisions of the Executive Committee of the City Soviet of People's Deputies.
The specified decision of the City Council approved the list of the directions on introduction of offers concerning development of the anti-recessionary Program of Nikolaev:
Public consent, Employment, Investments, Municipal management, Law and order, Small and medium business, Environment protection, Resource-saving, Water supply and the sewerage, Power supply, Gas supply, Heat supply, Solid household waste, Communication, Transport, Health care, Education and education, Social protection of the population, Dorozhno - transport economy, Construction and housing repair, Physical culture, sports, improvement, Culture, Mass media, Improvement, Land use, Architecture and town planning, etc.
According to this list, deputies of the mayor, the head of administrations of districts of the city, heads of divisions of the Executive Committee of the City Soviet of People's Deputies have to develop and make till 01.12.08 personal offers concerning ways of prevention of negative consequences of crisis. Offers have to be submitted within the same term to the working group on development of the anti-recessionary Program and from deputies of city council, and also heads of the enterprises and the organizations of all forms of ownership.
For two weeks the received offers have to be processed and submitted for consideration of city council.
