Today, on December 1, the preliminary result of elections of the mayor in the city of Pervomaisk of the Nikolaev area became known. In spite of the fact that official results at present still aren't present, but there is information that with a separation in 1800 of voices mayor race was won the acting secretary of the May Day City Council, the head of a city Communist Party organization of Party of Regions Lyudmila Dromashko. It should be noted that the voter turnout on elections was small and made from 25 to 27 percent.
We will remind that elections took place because on August 15 the acting mayor Irina Sychova wrote the application for voluntary abdication. The large-scale conflict between it and deputies of May Day city council became the reason of leaving of Sychova in resignation.
In total 5 candidates took part in mayor race. Initially, according to local journalists, two candidates - the present secretary of city council, the head of the city organization of Party of Regions Lyudmila Dromashko and the nezavisismy candidate, the director "Avtotekhservice" Vladimir Simachenko really applied.
