The prime minister Yulia Timoshenko couldn't agree with Party of Regions about the coalition because that made very big demands concerning a position of the president.

Tymoshenko declared it on air of the Ukraine TV channel Shusterlive program.

According to her, PR suggested to elect the president in parliament, but thus powers at it would be twice more, than at Leonid Kuchma.

"They suggested to provide to the president the right to appoint the prosecutor without the Verkhovna Rada, the right the decree to appoint and release the chairman of SBU, to appoint decrees of governors, to manage in essence justice", - the prime minister noted.

"The presidential government also has the right for life, but then the president has to be chosen in public. Here we couldn't find understanding", - declared to Tymoshenko.

However, she noted that, as before, is open to cooperation concerning coalition formation from 5 fractions in parliament.
