The president Victor Yushchenko demands from Russia of renewal of full supply of transit gas to Ukraine of 300-310 million cubic meters per day.
He reported about it on joint with the President of Poland Lech Kaczyñski a press - conferences.
"If "Gazprom" provides holiday of 300-310 million cubic meters of gas to Europe, Ukraine, without having the contract on transit, without raising for it a payment, undertakes to deliver this fuel to the countries of Europe", - Yushchenko told.
He emphasized that those volumes which are offered by Russia for transit (98,8 million cubic meters), will lead to disbalance of the gas transmission system.
"And thus, without gas there will be, in fact, a half of Ukraine", - he told.
According to the President, GTS of Ukraine can work either in averse, or in a reversny mode.
Besides, Yushchenko hoped that Russian "Gazprom" will sign the technical agreement with "Neftegaz of Ukraine" which determines transit volumes, the transit direction, quality of gas and other technical moments.
As it was reported, on January 13 and 14 "Gazprom" submitted applications about transit renewal through gas-measuring station "Sudzha" for GIS "Olovka".
"Neftegaz" asked "Gazprom" to begin supply of gas not through GIS "Sudzha", and through GIS "Valuyki" and "Pisarevka", but "Gazprom" refused this request.
In case of transit of gas on a route of "Sudzha" - "Orlovka" without gas from - for need of reorientation of operation of the gas transmission system there are Lugansk, Donetsk, Odessa, partially Dnepropetrovsk areas.
