The president Victor Yushchenko will sign the law on temporary commissions of inquiry in case of lack of legal inaccuracies because isn't afraid of impeachment.
It was declared by the deputy head of the Secretariat of president Andrey Kislinsky, reports a press - service of the president.
Making comments on acceptance by parliament on Thursday of the relevant law, he noted that the "fire" order in which deputies adopted this law, can testify that, actually, the Kremlin hurries, understanding that its property interests in Ukraine are blocked on the only thing, but the highest level".
"Therefore, joint vote of BYuT, Party of Regions, KPU and Blok Lytvyna for the law on commissions of inquiry confirms the intentions going from the outside, on fast elimination of the president as obstacles in a way to control establishment over the Ukrainian gas transmission system", - Kislinsky added.
It reminded that three months ago fraction BYuT "I had cardinally other position-on October 12, 2008 it in full strength supported the proposal of the president on a rejection of this law".
"On January 15, 2009 BYuT again in full strength changed the decision, obviously, feeling sharpness of the competition for favor of the Kremlin. Today actually there are no doubts that the leadership of Russia declared among leaders of political forces which supported the bill, "rat races" to a position of the new president of our state", - Kislinsky told.
In his opinion, there was "a traditional manipulation public opinion from BYuT to please tactical interests of the leader of this force".
According to Kislinsky, the president never denied importance of this law, however is inadmissible that stimulation of adoption of such important decisions happened from - for country borders".
"However the head of state is ready to consider the bill adopted by parliament and in case of lack of legal inaccuracies to sign it. The president Yushchenko never was afraid of "impeachment" and other words which since September of last year even more often sound from Yanukovych and Tymoshenko's lips", - Kislinsky emphasized.
