The People's Deputy of Ukraine (BYuT fraction), the chairman of executive committee of Reforms and Order party Ostap SEMERAK considers that soon personnel changes in structure of the Cabinet won't be. He expressed such opinion in interview to the Izvestiya V Ukraine newspaper.

"In parliament the majority in such format which doesn't give the chance to elect new people in the government now works. According to the Constitution, replacement of ministers and vice-the prime minister - ministers is possible only after a consent of the Verkhovna Rada. With their resignation of problems won't be. Voices will suffice. The opposition with pleasure will vote for resignation of any minister. And here to appoint the new candidate to a post of the minister will be much more problematic. The opposition won't vote for it never, and at a parliamentary majority of votes won't suffice", - the parliamentarian told.

O. SEMERAK noted that "the package will possible to elect new ministers too hardly as as a part of the coalition there are so many fans to offer the candidate to this or that position in the government that it will be very heavy to make a package of candidates".

"The prime minister - the minister fairly considers that "our Ukraine - National Self-defense" has the full right at desire to replace the people. If our partners prove that for such rotation at them in fraction will be more than 50-ти voices, then process of replacement is possible. But I trust in it a little. "Our Ukraine - National Self-defense" is now incapable to make such decisions. They broke into the different internal groups having the opposite points of view", - O. SEMERAK noted.

According to him, in BYuT fraction questions of personnel rotation in the government weren't discussed.

As reported the UNIAN, on February 6 the leader of BYuT fraction Ivan KIRILENKO reported that coalition Council plans to discuss on February 13 a question of rather personnel changes in government structure at the meeting. "I think that next Friday on coalition Council we will consider questions of personnel rotation in the government", - he told. Thus And.KIRILENKO noticed that for today the main issue is strengthening of professional level of the Cabinet, instead of simply replacement of any official.

At the same time the leader of BYuT fraction noticed that concrete surnames of persons which can occupy ministerial chairs in the government, and candidates which call in mass media weren't discussed yet, not absolutely answer reality.
