The International Monetary Fund, considering essential deficiency of the state budget, calls Ukraine for rigid crisis management. Meanwhile, the IMF hasn't enough money for crediting of the countries with a transitional economy.
"Discussion with the Ukrainian management concerning need of restriction of a budget deficit proceeds", - the speaker of fund David Gouli whom the Associated Press agency quotes reported in Washington. Other important subjects during negotiations on granting the next tranche of the credit of the IMF to Kiev are also monetary policy and reform of a banking system - spheres in which, according to Gouli, "it is necessary to renew trust". The IMF postponed granting the next tranche almost in two billion dollars, explaining it with unseemly performance of coordinated earlier stabilization actions by Ukraine. Experts of the International Monetary Fund soon again will visit Kiev, Gouli told, however exact date of visit isn't known yet.
In the management of the International Monetary Fund shortage of money for support in conditions of deep crisis of the countries with a transitional economy are rather afraid. Within the last months the fund already coordinated crediting of a number of the European countries, in particular Ukraine, Hungary, Latvia, Iceland, Serbia and Belarus. At a meeting of Ministers of Finance of the countries of "the big seven" which will take place on these days off in Rome, will there be a speech about granting by the countries - donors of additional resources in the IMF order.
