Poland induces NATO to open doors to democracies

The North Atlantic alliance has to start an open door policy that the democratic states of Europe joined alliance, the Polish prime minister - the minister Donald Tusk declared.

"NATO has to and to be from now on effective political and military alliance of collective defense", - I told Tusk on a press - conferences on Thursday, reports "Interfax".

"We have to strengthen transatlantic relations, we want and are ready to continue an open door policy for the democratic countries of Europe which divide our values and want to join alliance", - the Polish prime minister added.

He emphasized also that strategy of alliance has to be concentrated not only on problems and needs of the countries - participants, but also on difficulties which global partners of NATO and the country who seek to become members of the organization meet.

"I hope that the new strategic concept will promote NATO development", - the Polish prime minister told.
