The coalition of Party of Regions and BYuT is possible in present structure of parliament on condition of formation of the new government led by Victor Yanukovych.
Such opinion was expressed by the first vice-the speaker, the member of fraction of Party of Regions Alexander Lavrinovich.
"I read out real association (Party of Regions) from BYuT or in present structure of the Verkhovna Rada, or in the future. If they have an understanding of that it is necessary to give superiority to interests of citizens, to interests of the state and to give the chance to define work as that who is able to do it better", - Lavrinovich told.
"If there is such understanding at Yulia Vladimirovna (Tymoshenko) now and will be declared that the government retires and Yulia Vladimirovna's political strength is ready to take part in formation of the new government together with Party of Regions", - he added.
According to the first the vice-the speaker, otherwise early parliamentary elections are inevitable.
Lavrinovich noted that for this purpose there are two options of succession of events - political will of the parliamentary majority for carrying out early elections or "will of the Ukrainian citizens".
In his opinion, such elections have to take place soon. "Because if it will be removed, chances of having solid representation in parliament and will be real to influence processes in Ukraine at BYuT less", - he considers.
Making comments on statements of politicians for impossibility of holding early parliamentary elections for half a year to presidential, Lavrinovich noted that the Constitution doesn't provide such ban.
"No ban is present. It is simply to eat the right at the president (to declare parliament dissolution), which it will lose for half a year to the next presidential election", - I told the first vice-the speaker.
At the same time, Lavrinovich noted that in "normal conditions of development of the country" for lack of crisis the association question with BYuT wouldn't be actual.
