Yushchenko declares the beginning of a depoliticization of vessels

The president Victor Yushchenko declares the beginning of a depoliticization of vessels. He told about it during a ceremony of addition of the oath the judges for the first time appointed to a position, reported"proUA"in a press - service of the head of state.

"We are witnesses of the beginning of healthy processes in country legal proceedings. For me it is extremely important that there is a depoliticization of vessels. It is convinced, this road is correct. In the dynamics it is intensive, and we will make everything to clear courts of corruption", - he told.

The president noted what exactly considerably depends on operation of the judicial case ensuring stability in the state, the statement of justice and rule of law. "Now we stand, is convinced, before big judicial reform. We will pass these ways, we will find understanding - including in parliament of Ukraine", - Yushchenko told, having added that it is a question both of reforming directly judicial system systems, and of the status of judges (selection of shots, selectivity, social security and so forth).

The president also hoped that thanks to arrival of new judges positive changes in the Ukrainian justice will take place. "Allow to wish you in the status of judges of just, honest and professional work", - Yushchenko told.

The chairman of the Constitutional Court Andrey Strizhak, the chairman of the Supreme administrative court Alexander Pasenyuk, the chairman of the Supreme economic court Sergey Demchenko, the first deputy chairman of the Supreme Court Pyotr Pilipchuk, the Deputy Glavy Sekretariata President of Ukraine Igor Pukshin, the chairman of the Supreme council of justice Lidiya Izotova, the head of the Public judicial administration Ivan Balaklitsky participated in a ceremony.
