The former Minister of Finance of Ukraine Victor Pinzenik considers that granting the second tranche of the IMF won't be able to stabilize a situation in the currency market of Ukraine and is considerable to help with overcoming financially - an economic crisis.
He declared it on air of ICTV TV channel on Sunday.
"The tranche of the International Monetary Fund has no relation to this situation... It is the tool, allowing to reduce risks, to reduce adaptation process to crisis and exit conditions from it. But never the help from the outside saves the country if the country itself doesn't take the correct steps", - V. Pinzenik noted.
"Thank God, though its (tranche) didn't give, but the subject is open", - he emphasized, having added that the IMF position in a case with refusal in the credit is extremely clear. V. Pinzenik specified that the IMF expects from Ukraine consolidation of efforts in policy.
At the same time, it predicts that on condition of IMF refusal "we will be able to help with granting the credit only to ourselves".
With dollar rate growth it estimates a situation as the temporary phenomenon depending directly on political activity in the state.
"Unfortunately, the dollar rate became the hostage too politicians", - emphasized ex-the minister.
Answering a question of a probable dollar rate within 15 UAH, V. Pinzenik told: "It isn't natural disaster. After spring always there is a summer, after summer there is a fall. The dollar rate is derivative of that policy which is carried out, from its prognozirovannost. That is, there are no uncontrollable situations, there are no impasses".
